A better health will lead to a better life.
All of us want to live as long as we could.
But to live longer to enjoy life as much as we could, we need to stay as healthy as we can.
Health issues and a balanced diet becomes more important as we grow older. As we age, we get more health problems, our body resistance and bones get weaker, wounds takes longer to heal, our energy levels reduced gradually.
It is not just about consuming less salt, less sugar, less cholesterol, etc..; but mental and spiritual health also plays an important part in our overall well-being. Stress related to work, bringing up children, poor health, poor relationships and other personal problems can cause mental problems that affect our overall health.
With a better health, we will have a more positive mindset towards everything we do. And we will do things better.
